Payment & Delivery Policy

We understand that it is important that you receive your orders as quickly as possible.

Once we have received your request, your doctor will review it and process it.

Scripts can be sent as an e-script to your phone or email, sent directly to your regular pharmacy, or printed for pickup at the surgery.

As doctors may not consult every day of the week, it may take up to three business days for your request to be processed and ready.

Unfortunately, once we have processed your request for a prescription, we are unable to provide a refund.

If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will try our best to resolve them.

Online Prescription Service: $23.74 which includes the processing fee.
