The Important Details

Many of the GPs practicing at Westside don't consult every day of the week. A script requested online will be sent to your preferred pharmacy, or available for pick-up, within three business days. 

We're committed to continuing to provide the highest quality medical care - if your GP feels that a face to face appointment is necessary despite the below conditions being met, we reserve the right to ask you to attend in person.

You will receive a refund if your request is not approved.

Requests will normally only be completed by your regular doctor at the clinic. In the event, that your regular doctor is on leave you may be required to make an appointment at the clinic to obtain your prescription.

You must be a regular patient of one of the GPs who sees patients at Westside Medical Centre.

The prescription being requested needs to be for an ongoing prescription that you take regularly and has been previously prescribed by your regular GP at WMC.
You need to have had a face to face appointment recently - within three months for a script with 5 repeats, or within twelve months for a script with 1 repeat
Please note that we do not provide online prescriptions for restricted (S8 or S4D) medications. This includes all opiates (strong painkillers) and benzodiazepines (sleeping tablets / sedatives)
